Furry Faces CBD CEO Interviews And Cannabis SEO Writer At Hemp Writer
I had the privilege of speaking with Shalisa Chamberlain who is the Chief Executive Officer at Furry Faces Pet CBD and the Founder of Furry Faces Holistic Cannabis Consulting.

- PetProfessioalCBDSolutions.com
She currently operates her business by providing CE classes to veterinarians on cannabis pet therapy in pets and the precautions to watch out for.
The interview outlines her story, cannabis protocols for pets, strict cannabis advertising, compliance issues, and what we offer for SEO.
We talk about several areas of the cannabis industry that may provide value to those of you who are interested in learning more about it.
I establish myself as Joseph Powers the Head of SEO at Hemp Writer in the interview and identify ways we can potentially collaborate.
Shalisa: I’m in search of someone like you!
Up to date on all aspects of the CBD industry. I own a small fast-growing pet CBD business and I need a dynamite blogger to join our team.
CBD is banned from running ads on social media but we have found a way.
The specifics.
I need someone who can have a conversation with me, use my unique perspective on pet cbd, tie that in with how its related to my brand, and then use your knowledge base on CBD to fill in the gaps and create educational blogs.
What is your charge per blog or per word for 1400-1700 word blogs?
Can you send me a sample of something you wrote on cbd and pet or CBD?
Joseph: Sure!
Here’s the link to my portfolio.
Here are a few older blogs specific to pets and CBD.

I’m a veterinary cannabis specialist and I like the topic you covered but there is a lot of misinformation in your article.
My job is to give veterinarian CE classes on cannabis pet therapy in pets.
Drug interactions and all the other information you can not find the answer to is why I do what I do.
What were your key words for the article? do you have any specialist (veterinarian or cannabis specialist) helping your team?
CBD has biphasic dosing and that is why most CBD doesn’t work for most pets as the dosage is wrong and needs to be customized.
Also quality is a big on as well and the secondary cannabinoids and terpenes present make a huge difference in what I would use to treat my patients.
THC is not bad for dogs in the correct amount it actually can be very useful in treating painful conditions as well as many others.
Drug interactions are my specialty.
Joseph
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on the articles.
From your website, it looks like you have quite a bit of hands on experience with getting to see what actually works on pets in many situations.
I appreciate your pointing out the potential misinformation it contains. I admit that even though I believe I carefully researched those articles, they didn’t have the benefit of input from a veterinary cannabis specialist.
Your points on biphasic dosing, the importance of quality, the role of secondary cannabinoids and terpenes, and the potential therapeutic uses of THC in correct dosages are well-taken and underscore the need for hands on specialized expertise in this field.
The keywords I chose for these articles were targeting long tail topics.
Google Search Console also revealed nearly 200 more keywords surrounding these two specific topics that a cannabis pet company could take advantage.
It does appear as if I may have missed the mark a wee-bit not having a veterinarian cannabis specialist helping point out more specific details that Google search, PubMed, and other medial journals don’t readily have clear answers.
Moving forward, I can clearly see how it would be highly beneficial to collaborate with specialists like yourself with cannabis pet writing projects.
If you’re open to it, I would love the opportunity to discuss how your knowledge and experience could inform future articles or updates to existing content to make sure readers are getting the more reliable and actionable information as possible.
Here are a few screenshot showing a handful of keywords for these articles ranking #1 on Google and several others ranking on the first page.
I took a look again at the peppermint blog.
So for the peppermint CBD oil blog, it looks like there is misinformation.
My thoughts, on the paragraph diluted peppermint oil safe for dogs – it explains peppermint oil then at the very end explains CBD oil peppermint oil may be safe.
Right there, there is no research so seems like that’s a false claim.
Basically when talking about peppermint CBD oil, there is claim about benefits for dogs with no research.
Make sense?
But I have research just on peppermint oil which is good.
Maybe we can do a content refresher on LCI website and feature you as the expert on pet CBD? Then backlink to your site for more information?
Do quick video interview, publish and spread user friendly content?
Aim to build and fill up Google SERP Features as the go to SME?
Do you know any other experts we could collaborate with on this project?
Maybe do relevant group polls to create statistical data for attractive backlinking content.
When you have a few free moments, let’s schedule a quick chat to discuss how we can improve each others content?
Shalisa
I’d be happy to collaborate. Getting the correct information out to keep pet parents informed and pets safe is my priority.
I have an entire collection of science-based search data related to pets and cannabis. Here is a link to my Calendly.
Let’s discuss how we can work together.
